Pre-programme
Technology & Use Case Sourcing
We source for technologies from our Research Partners coupled with use cases from our Corporate Partners 6 months before founders join an SDTA Venture.
Technologies will be put through our technology due diligence framework and pass our Scientific Committee assessment before being selected for an upcoming cohort.
Starting with problem statements and technology stacks of our Corporate Partners, use cases are then scoped by us for each venture.
Programme
SDTA Ventures’ in-house venture architects begin Phase 1 of the programme by conducting business case validation and building. Founders then join us in Phase 2 of our venture building programme.
Each phase is structured with deliverables based on technology application research, product development, market research, team development and partnership acquisition.
Phase 1
SDTA Ventures' in-house venture architects will kick off the first phase of the programme with business case validation and building - this includes an evaluation of the market opportunities and competitive landscape.
In-house Venture Building
Phase 2
Founders who have been offered a place in the SDTA Ventures’ cohort are matched together to work on ventures.
Team Formation
Phase 3
Venture Teams who get to the final sprint will present at our annual Sustainable Innovation Asia demo day showcase. The teams will commence fundraising, productisation, and/or go-to-market with our Corporate Partners.
